I'm not a doctor…I'm not a dietician…I'm not a super nutrition expert. But I am a biologist, and a good researcher, and a good problem solver. So when I had some health issues of my own…and I didn't get a good solution from my doctor…I went looking for answers.
What I learned shocked me.
I thought I had a pretty good grasp of "healthy eating". Hmmm…not so much, I guess!
What I found out pushed me to build this website to share this information with family and friends — and everyone who needs it.
So here's how this site can help you.
You know…there's actually lots of information out there on this stuff…books…websites…and I mean LOTS. But it's scattered far and wide, and it's easy to get information overload.
I want to save you from that.
I've set this site up to virtually take you by the hand, show you the basics, and help you figure out if it's right for you.
