Here’s how you can keep learning…
First, if you missed it, I’d suggest starting with my free report (just fill out the form on the right). It covers some basics that you want to be sure you know.
Then…if you want to jump right in, you can explore the Real Food Resources page. You might want to try one of the diets I’ve reviewed (a great jumpstart to a real food lifestyle), or maybe choose one of the must-read books on the topic.
When you’re ready for more…browse the blog posts using the categories and tags. You can find both of these in the sidebar on the right — categories are fairly general, tags are a bit more specific.
I try to keep the blog posts helpful and concise — small servings of useful information. Maybe you’ll learn something new, or maybe just get a reminder to help keep you on track. (How often do I forget exactly why something is supposed to be good for me?) If you like, subscribe to the blog, and new posts will come right to you.
Also — don’t forget that you can search the site too. There’s a search bar at the far upper right.
